WBON provides an opportunity for women business owners and aspiring business owners to learn from one another to grow and scale their businesses.

The WBON 2025 Conference celebrated the strength and resilience of women-led businesses in Vermont. This high-impact day brought together WBON members, aspiring entrepreneurs, and allies for meaningful connection, practical skill-building, and collaborative visioning for a thriving future.

We partnered with the WBON Board and guided the process from start to finish, including: Coming up with the theme; identifying and approaching presenters/sponsors; arranging the venue and catering; carrying out a digital marketing campaign; managing the budget; building the registration and webpages; running day-of logistics.
