I volunteered to be on the WBON 2019 Fall Conference Committee. I had never worked on a Conference Committee before and found out how many details go into having a successful Event. Working with Christine on the WBON 2019 Fall Conference was phenomenal. She handled so many details to coordinate everything beautifully and seamlessly. Everything from artwork, promotional flyers, promotional emails, the Conference Website and ticket sales up to the night before. Christine worked with the Venue on adding people within a few days of the conference so that we could sell more tickets and dealt with food & beverage to make 70 + women happy. I am writing this letter on behalf of Christine Golden. She undertook the position of administration & operations manager for the Flyin Ryan Foundation 5 months ago. We are a seven year old small not-for-profit which is growing.

She is punctual, efficient, smart, flexible, personable, creative and quick to absorb new projects. She is highly organized and easy to work with. Throughout her 5 ½ year tenure at Nedde Real Estate, Christine has exhibited an immense capacity for growth. She has been an integral part of multiple large-scale real estate acquisitions and development projects and the ongoing management thereof, assisting with everything from establishing LLCs, construction management, working with banks on financing, leasing, tenant relations and property management. Many of these skills were new for Christine but she took on each task with enthusiasm and determination.

 

Christine has exhibited a thirst for learning, taking it upon herself to master programs such as Quickbooks, InDesign, WordPress, MLS and DotLoop in order to provide as much value to the company as possible. While at Nedde Real Estate she became a Notary, received her EMP Certification, acquired her Vermont Real Estate Salesperson License and completed the Project Management Certificate Program through the University of Vermont.

 

Christine’s positive energy and ability to work with others for the good of the team has been essential to the functioning of our company. She has performed all of the marketing duties for our listings and the firm and has supported the Brokers and myself in a broad range of tasks, many of which have required great patience and determination.

 

In summary, Christine is a positive, honest and very responsible person who was able to self-mange herself. I had no concerns of traveling often and having Christine manage our dynamic and fluid business for weeks. Our tenants, contractors and vendors that we do business with loved her.  Christine represented Nedde Real Estate very well.

 

I can confidently say that Christine will be an incredible asset to whatever cause or employment she next pursues. She will be greatly missed.
