The First Cut Horror Film Festival will showcase films in the horror, macabre and/or obscure genres. The goal of the festival is to bring together talented independent filmmakers and film lovers, capturing Wilmington’s love of horror right in time for the Halloween season.
This year we received over 115 submissions from 18 countries and featured 35 films throughout the day from Wilmington, North Carolina, national and internationally based filmmakers.
The event took place at Jengo's Playhouse located at 815 Princess St in the Soda Pop District of Wilmington, North Carolina.
